State of Oregon Business Finance Programs

Oregon Business Development Fund provides a revolving loan fund that is administered by the Oregon Economic Development Department http://econ.oregon.gov  Manufacturing and processing entities are eligible.  The program provides long term, fixed rate financing for land, buildings, equipment, machinery and permanent working capital.  Creation or retention of jobs is a criteria of eligibility.

 

Oregon Capital Access Program is designed to increase availability of loans from banks to small businesses in Oregon.  The program provides a form of loan insurance so lenders may make business loans that carry higher than conventional risks.

 

Oregon Credit Enhancement Fund guarantees to increase capital availability to small businesses.  the program guarantees bank loans.
