Victim / Witness Assistant - Beginning immediately the Lake County District Attorney’s office will have a part time (19.5 hour a week) opening for a “Victim/Witness Assistant”. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: answering phones, greeting the public, writing and maintaining grants and providing assistance to persons who have suffered financial, social, psychological or physical harm as a result of being a victim of crime. This is a non-union position that does not include benefits. Salary will be commensurate with experience. The position will remain open until filled.
