The Lake County District Attorney’s Office, in partnership with the Community, is dedicated to protect the people of Lake County and the State of Oregon through the pursuit of truth, fighting for the rights of crime victims, protection of the innocent and the prevention of crime by aggressively and fairly prosecuting those who violate the law, thereby earning and holding the trust and respect of the citizens we are privileged and honored to serve.
The Lake County District Attorney's Office is located on the top floor of the Courthouse, Room 309, in downtown Lakeview (corner of Highway 395 and Center Street).
