Mission Statement

The Lake County Public Health's mission is to build a healthy community through prevention and education. Public Health programs include Family Planning, Maternal and Child Health, Women Infants and Children Program (WIC) Immunizations, Vital Statisitics, Communicable Disease Prevention and Surveillance, Tobacco Prevention and Environmental Health.
